Australia: Ready Set Happy in a Melbourne Primary School

I ran 16 Guideline workshops over twelve consecutive Monday evenings, always following a mindfulness meditation session. Some students used the opportunity to do both sessions. It was a good experience running it, because I learnt so much myself. I hope I can run the next one in 2011!

New Zealand: The 16 Guidelines at Amitabha Hospice
