From October to December 2009, I ran Ready Set Happy workshops in Grade 2 at a primary school in Melbourne. I tried the activities with my daughters (5, 7 and 12 years old back in that time) and was very excited to share them with other children as a parent helping in the classroom.

I ran 16 Guideline workshops over twelve consecutive Monday evenings, always following a mindfulness meditation session. Some students used the opportunity to do both sessions. It was a good experience running it, because I learnt so much myself. I hope I can run the next one in 2011!
