The 16 Guidelines Introductory Workshop (Level 1) |

This workshop is a participatory and experiential introduction to the 16 Guidelines and the four wisdom themes that underlie them. Designed by Rasmus Hougaard and piloted with Alison Murdoch in London 2008, the introductory course is facilitated in a contemporary and dynamic style, including extensive use of multimedia, music and interactive exercises.

The 16 Guidelines Facilitation Training Workshop (Level 2) |

This workshop is designed for people who have already attended a 16 Guidelines Introductory Workshop (Level One) and would like to learn tools and methods for sharing the Guidelines in the community, whether in education, healthcare or family settings.
It is specifically designed for people who want to learn tools and methods for sharing the Guidelines in the community – for example in education, healthcare or family settings. It is also the next step towards becoming an accredited member of the Essential Education faculty.
Aims
The Facilitation Training Workshop aims to:
- Deepen your personal understanding of the 16 Guidelines and wisdom themes
- Develop familiarity with the history, aims and methodologies of Essential Education
- Present 9 key tools for sharing the Guidelines with others
- Provide opportunities to design your own 16G activities for different audiences
- Bring together a range of people who want to use the Guidelines
- Enable you to get more involved in supporting and taking forward the aims of EE

The 16 Week Study Programme |

The 16-week Study Program follows a simple structure, allowing participants to study each of the 16 Guidelines in depth. All it takes is a moderator who can facilitate the sessions!
