Mexico: An Entire School Adopts the 16 Guidelines in Cozumel, Mexico

Kindness, contentment, forgiveness and generosity were just some of the topics taken to heart at Istituto Gardner in Cozumel, Mexico, in an inspiring initiative to introduce the 16 Guidelines for a Happy Life into every level of activity at a local school.

New Zealand: 16 Guidelines programmes flourish in New Zealand with health workers, teachers and parents

Kala Dostal

Kala Dostal of Amitabha Hospice in New Zealand is one of the most active 16 Guidelines facilitators and practitioners we know. 

After attending a 16 Guidelines Level 1 workshop in Nelson on the South Island in 2010, followed by a Level 2 in Sydney, she returned to Auckland and started by sharing the 16 Guidelines with the Board and volunteers at the hospice.

Kala has now run many workshops for other healthcare workers in Auckland and beyond.
