Canada: The Centre for Compassion and Wisdom continues to grow with various initiatives in Canada |

Elizabeth is the Universal Education liaison person for the Centre for Compassion and Wisdom (CCW) based in Ontario, Canada. With the support of 16 Guidelines co-author and Transformative Mindfulness founder Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw, the Centre has been a pioneer in introducing these programmes in multiple settings: nurseries, schools, hospitals and universities to name a few. They are one of the most active national representatives of The Foundation for Developing Compassion and Wisdom and iIn this report Elizabeth shares some of their activities during the first months of 2013.

Argentina: Children, youth and adults deepen their connection with the 16 Guidelines in Patagonia |

In the autumn of 2010, the Foundation’s training manager Marian O’Dwyer accepted an invitation to lead a series of 16 Guidelines workshops in the southern part of Argentina.
There she met a young teacher called Cecilia Buzón who was keen to introduce Universal Education for Compassion and Wisdom methods and programmes to the local community.
