Finding your Happy, an introduction to the 16 Guidelines at The Christophorus Hospice in Munich

16 Guidelines events
10:00 am 11. Nov 2019 - 5:00 pm 12. Nov 2019

The 16 Guidelines workshop provides practical tools for a more meaningful, fulfilled life. The idea is simple: to change the way we experience the world, we transform the way we think, act, and relate to others to find meaning.

The “Cristophorus Hospice Verain” in Munich is the first and oldest hospice in Germany and has been serving the community for 30 years. There are about 30 nurses working full or part time, social workers, a chaplain and 35 volunteers taking care of the needs of 16 terminal patients, 24 hours a day.

This workshop has been specially designed for the team, who after attending a short 16 Guidelines presentation felt very inspired and wanted to learn more and complete a level 1.

2 Sets of dates are offered: 14th-15th October and 11th-12th November

The aims of the workshop

This 2-day Level 1 will explore key attitudes for developing a mindful culture in our family and community, in education, healthcare, or business. The focus will be on mindfulness, enquiry and ethics using the 16 Guidelines (16G) which provide a framework for reflecting on the ways we think, speak, act and find meaning in life.
